Deeksha Mahila Welfare Society & Mandali

With women's empowerment as the goal, Deeksha Mahila Welfare Society & Mandali was started in 1999 in Veerasagaram village, Badangi Mandal, Vijayanagaram district, with the aim of providing welfare and social justice to women, tribals, backward classes, students, youth, and farmers. This organization, Deeksha Mahila Welfare Society & Mandali, was formed and shaped by a team of women passionate about ensuring women's self-reliance, social justice, financial independence, skill development, and sustainable livelihoods.

Funding Sources

DMWS established good rapport and relationship with the communities. It has a good presence in, Vizianagaram district through its education, health, and income generation and relief operations. It has developed a very good rapport and reorganization with the Target groups in the Target area through its services and credibility. It's donor base is as follows:
